If you plan to donate individually or as a chapter, please make the check payable to the charity (cash will also be accepted). We will announce how much was collected on Sunday morning. |

| 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm | “Beta Sigma Phi through the Decades” Dinner and Entertainment Explore how Beta Sigma Phi has changed and grown through the decades. Dancing will follow the presentation. Attire: Beta Sigma Phi clothing |

| 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Ways and Means room will be open. Scrapbooks, Photo Book, and Yearbooks will be on display in the Ways and Means room. |
| 12:00 pm – 2:15 pm | “Women in the Workplace” Lunch and Program Join us as we celebrate a century of women in the workplace (1920s – 2020s). Help us honor the achievements and style of the past 100 years. Attire: Working women from any decade- whether it’s 1940s Rosie the Riveter factory worker, mid-century nurse, 1980s “9-5” office worker, or modern professional. |
| 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm | “Get to Know Paris Landing State Park” In this optional Scavenger Hunt, become more familiar with Paris Landing State Park while getting to know other sisters. A cell phone and a vehicle will be required. |
| 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm | “Music through the Decades” Dinner and Entertainment What was the number one song in 1920? How about 1950? 2000? 2020? We’ll hear how music has changed from the 1920s-2020s. Then we’ll dance to music from the various decades. Attire: Party clothes from the 1920s to 2020s |

| 8:00 am – 10:00 pm | “Forever in Our Sisterhood” Breakfast and Memorial Service Join us as we honor our Beta Sigma Phi Sisters we have lost since June 15, 2024. St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the International Rhett Foundation donation total will be announced. Awards for Yearbook, Scrapbook, and Photo Book winners will be announced. We’ll end our convention with the Closing Ritual. Attire: Business Casual |
